In the recent episode of Glee Season 6, Sue hasn't really buried the hatchet, and she takes Becky to a storage unit where she keeps the items and plans she needs to wreak revenge on the people she hates. Her plan is to finally finish off Will, then Rachel, but she also has a secret; Sue was devastated when Kurt and Blaine broke up and not only wants to get them back together, but also dreams of being flower girl at their wedding.
As part of her evil plan, Sue Hypnotises Sam into falling in love with Rachel when he hears a trigger word in Glee Season 6, which of course, she says. The pair exchange meaningful glances while they ask Blaine to teach them to play the piano.
