May many people are satisfaction on Michael show his handsome anytime anywhere in show. Who cares about story line? Michael is the first hatchet man in the empire with personalities of allegiance and obedience, he’s devoted himself to look for his father since the later disappeared.

As to look for and take care of chosen one just a single unit on way of looking for father, so he doesn't care about methods. As one of chosen one part, Alex actually is instrument of Michael, maybe in affection which Michael to him is less than to Becca. Really sorry for can’t find out any differences in Dominion season 1 if there are some differences in show.
Alex has been lived in Vega city for 25 years, his sense of identity to this city never risen to his minds, instead of thinking in escape plan all the time, we have to say that education failure for him in here is normal. Perhaps Michael never cared about Alex’s thinking, or he is too naive to think that human being is the best selfish creature, so in the final of season Michael gained suffering for these minds. I want to say great job for such description for Michael thoroughly doesn't understand humanities of human.
In fact, Michael constant took methods to handle things, which we can’t understand as we stand on normal perspectives, started from education to junior Alex to strange fight-training to youth Alex, and so on. I just want to know if actors basted that screenwriters are stupid as they got the scenario.
Almost all plots about Michael have a curious feeling, we don’t know if there are problems in scenario or in process of editing, Michael often do very sudden actions or sudden express his affection through whole season, even strange and weird dialogues, so who can understand such plots?
